Bicol Road Trip

I had fun this week though I’m still sleepy * moans*

Food, gifts, and of course, Jesus Christ.

We had fun. Yesterday, we had our ROAD trip in Bicol. We went to CamSur. I was just a bit disappointed because we were not able to experience wakeboarding but it’s okay, we still had fun.

NEXT STOP. My tita’s house in Ligao City [near Legaspi City]. She’s the one who told us on which place we should view Mt. Mayon. Guess what, it is Lignon Hill. By the way, it was fiesta in their place that day so we ate salad and cake.

NEXT STOP. Small Talk Café. Great food, great place. :D

AT LAST. Lignon Hill. Whew! It was tiring because our cars were not allowed to enter[we do not know why]. We walked so long to reach the top [owwvhewr!] but it’s okay when we’ve finally made it. It was so cold and was nice to be there. :D After long hours, we decided to go home and reached our house by 4 am [travelling time is approximately 4-6 hours].

The bottomLINE xD

Wohoo! Our Christmas party rocks! It was so cool to have a party like this though it started a bit boring; the last part had slain the party.

LONGEST LINE was the game. 3N had so much fun while making the longest among the Juniors. I’ve been shouting the whole time. We we’re surprised when Ma’am May told that it’s not yet over, we need to wear those clothes and accessories we put on line. We were the last one to do so and she proclaimed us as the winners because it is impossible for us to be the first when we have the longest line [true xD] behind all this, let’s not forget that CRISTmas is about the time when Jesus Christ was born [Just a SIMPLE reminder]

I’m So Excited and I Just Can’t Hide It

December 7! Mah birthday. I’m now 15. Uhm, celebration??? Well, it doesn’t need to be extravagant because I’m a grown-up now. They just prepared pancit, crispy pata, chicken, and pizza. BOOM! It’s a paaaeeerty!
Christmas party is coming up so my friends and I decided to go to SM Bacoor. Webought the clothes we’re gonna wear and the gifts we’re to give as presents. We’ve had fun though we had a hard time looking for such. We also practiced for the song we’ll play for the Christmas party. xD ooowwvher! Okay, that’s all. Bye! :))

A Successful one

Whew. My tita. Her operation was done and it was good. She’s better now. I was so disappointed that I can’t go with my parents to visit her while she’s in the hospital because I attended the youth camp. It’s a good thing she’s in good condition now. She’s now taking in antibiotic. By the way, yesterday, YFC’s had our household at school on the field. We’ve played many games [my first ever household] and had a question to be answered and the question was “What animal describes you and why?” We were asked to write it on a piece of paper. I wrote- PANDA. I do not know why I answered that. Surprisingly, my paper was picked and I have to explain. I answered “It is because I am lazy.” No one reacted because it’s too shallow. I know, there will come a time that I can express myself to others a lot better. I hope it won’t take too long. :x okay, bye. :))

A Camp to Remember

Youth Camp! I’m excited to attend this. It’s not like any other camp because it moves us spiritually and it brings us closer to Him. Before that, our school’s Math Festival was held. It’s a whole day activity and guess what, I’m included on the Math Jingle contest. We represented the Juniors and we practiced hard. Unfortunately, we just got the 2nd place and Seniors are worthy to be the 1st placer.

YOUTH CAMP.

“Dare to Move.” This was our camp’s theme. I really did not get it at first but I’ll know what it means after the camp.

Our camp was held right after our Math Festival so all are still tired but I’m amazed with the service team because they really want this camp to be pushed through so they served the participants despite of the tiring day they had. Anyway, this camp is composed of 5 talks and each talk is very vital. Well, I won’t talk about it because there are a lot of surprises stored in each talk so you better join. At the end of this camp, I’ve learned a lot. “Dare to Move”, dare to move for what is right. Dare to move to spread His words. Dare to move to let others know Him. Dare to move for the thing this world once had lost, our Faith in Him. Let’s never forget Him and His words. Let’s consider Him in everything we do. Okay, have a blessed day!

Another Tagaytay Experience

Last week, we celebrated my mother’s birthday in Tagaytay. For this week, we celebrated my brother’s birthday in… in… in… Ta…gayta..yyyyyy. Yup, Tagaytay AGAIN. But this week, my uncle’s family and my aunt were there. We’ve had so much fun. We played billiards, and so many more. I really love eating but it makes me even fatter.

Well, this week, I’m excited for the youth camp to be held on our school. Okay, ‘til then. Bye xD!

Time to Party [For the 2nd time. xD]

JAZZ CHANT. The very first contest I’ve joined for our school and it’s not so bad.

It’s our school’s first time to join the jazz chant and of course, I’m included on our school’s first jazz chanters. I’m proud of what our school has achieved and I’m grateful to our coach, Ma’am May. She’s so supportive. You’ll definitely like her though she has moog swings during our practice, xD~

After our practice, our hardships paid off. After the first stage of competition (cluster level), we’ve experienced those nerves again on the Division level and it’s even more. Our hearts beat faster. After our performance, we’ve been relieved. Judges had made their decisions and the results showed that we WON! It made us feel blessed and proud. :))

Yesterday was my mother’s birthday; we went to Tagaytay and had our dinner. We had fun. ‘til then, bye! :))

At Long Last

BIBLE – check!
ROSARY – check!
NOTEBOOK & PEN – check!
I’m now ready. Well, I thought Rover Vigil is a camp but it is actually an orientation about Boy Scout of the Philippines and at the end of it, we’ll be rovers. It is an overnight camp or should I say a sleepless night camp?

It had so many sessions and activities. I enjoyed it especially the role-playing part. For our group, we’ve picked the topic “babae.” Well, Kuya Ej and another student from TMCNHS were the stars of our play. They did great also Ate tei-tei who played the role of the mistress. It was so entertaining. After all, we got our certificates, neckerchiefs, and carabao slides. I’ve slept so long after that vigil. Then when I woke up, we went to Fairview to visit our house. It’s still under construction. I hope it will be finished before I go to college. ‘til then, bye! xD

Seems to be our Semestral Break

I was all set when my classmate told me that the Rover Vigil is postponed. It will be resumed on November 7. Argh!

It ruined my schedule. It’s like this…

Every semestral break, we’re going to Bicol for undas and this year’s undas is very important because it is the first undas for my grandma [RIP]. I did not join my family’s trip to Bicol because I thought THIS vigil will be pushed through. So when I knew about the rescheduling of the vigil due to weather conditions, I got pissed off. But wait, something enlightened me. Good thing my cousins haven’t gone to Bicol yet so I decided to go with them on their trip. Yeehaw!! I was so lucky.

When we got to Bicol, I was so happy to see them :)) and I started my day with Facebook [xD] I enjoyed using it.

Undas was so rainy. It was embarrassing but it ended well because it did not rain that much anymore. ‘Til then, bye! xD

One More Chant

Yehey! Our BIG efforts paid off.

For the last few days, we've been practicing [the hardest! XD] for jazz chant. There were a lot of changes done just to make it last for 8 minutes. It's my first time to join a contest like this. It's very limited. I mean, it's movements are limited, also the way of chanting it. At last, the day has come. For such a long time, I got those nerves again. My heart beats 20X faster. It's a good thing we were Contestant #3. We can perform early so that we will feel the relief.

As our number was mentioned, we went to the stairs and we don't know how to start. We lost that part, we were not synchronized for the entrance but as it continues, we can feel the satisfaction that we're doing well through our audience's response. We can see their smiles. "Thank you Contestant #3" said the announcer and the audience clapped thunderously. We felt really happy because our efforts paid off and our audience was satisfied. That performance was for Him and I wish we made Him satisfied.

After changing our costumes, we got nice feedbacks from the audience. It relieved us from the question "Whad did the audience think of our performance?" As the results were announced, we're so quiet because we're so nervous. Many of us won. Jestine(1st place-Spelling Bee), Emman(2nd place-Oral Reading), Ate Kathleen(3rd place-Declamation), and Christian(4th place-Oration). As the results for the jazz chant competition is announced, oyr hearts beat faster. "The best among the rest-Cavite National Science High School!" the announcer said. We shouted to the top of our lungs. We were very happy and very grateful because Ma'am Mae did not give up on us and I thank God for He guided us. Yepyep!! Wohoo!!
