SUSPENSION After Robert was caught cheating, the teachers let us speak who else also cheated on our PT’s. So as expected, many of us raised our hands and told the truth, and I’m one of them. As verdict, we got suspended but the parents wanted the suspension to last for a day only and it was signed by Mrs. De Vera. Okay, I really expected that we’ll be suspended. So I just watched TV, eat, and then sleep. That’s what I did the whole day. The next day, when I knew that there’s a SALIW rehearsal, I was not able to attend because my mom’s not feeling well and she told me not to attend first. This morning, I attended today’s rehearsal and I was bothered when my brother sent me a message that my mother was confined in the hospital. Right after we’re dismissed, I immediately went to the hospital. Thank God she was fine when I came. She told me to go home and rest. The doctor said that she can go home by Tuesday or Wednesday. I’m listening to this song while I’m doing this. BTW, I’m listening to Andrew Garcia’s cover. Lost in a dream - I don't know which way to go
(Let me say that) if you are all that you seem, then, baby, I'm moving way too slow
I've been a fool before
Wouldn't like to get my love caught in the slamming door
How about some information, please?
Straight up, now, tell me do you really want to love me forever, or am I caught in a hit-and-run?
Straight up, now, tell me is it gonna be you and me together, or are you just having fun?
Time's standing still waiting for some small clue
(Let me tell you now) I keep getting chills when I think that your love is true
I've been a fool before
Wouldn't like to get my love caught in the slamming door
How about some information, please?
Straight up, now, tell me do you really want to love me forever, or am I caught in a hit-and-run?
Straight up, now, tell me is it gonna be you and me together, or are you just having fun?

Another “7 Days a Week” Week [LMAO]
At last, we got out of the SD part of the concert. Actually, for the past rehearsals, it’s only the SD we’d been practicing. With what I’ve been seeing in the rehearsals, I really think that our concert would be the greatest event in our school. I’m really excited with the alumni’s performances. I’d like to see them teaching us and of course, dancing to the different kinds of dance they are good. As far as I know, Kuya Ching’s forte is jazz and as what we know, Ate Dei’s forte is hip-hop. I wanna see them :]] JAZZ is a classification shared by a broad range of dance styles. Prior to the 1950s, jazz dance referred to dance styles that originated from African American vernacular dance. In the 1950s, a new genre of jazz dance—modern jazz dance—emerged, with roots in Caribbean traditional dance. Every individual style of jazz dance has roots traceable to one of these two distinct origins. Some techniques in jazz are center control, spotting, toe rise, and straddle split leap. HIP-HOP refers to social or choreographed dance styles primarily danced to hip-hop music or that have evolved as part of hip-hop culture. This includes a wide range of styles notably breaking, locking, and popping which were developed in the 1970s by Black Americans. What separates hip-hop dance from other forms of dance is that it is often freestyle (improvizational) in nature and hip-hop dancers frequently engage in battles—formal or informal freestyle dance competitions. Informal freestyle sessions and battles are usually performed in a cipher, a circular dance space that forms naturally once the dancing begins. These three elements—freestyling, battles, and ciphers—are key components of hip-hop dance. The main styles in hip-hop are breaking/B-boying, locking, and popping.

Practice + Practice = Tiring day
Happy Valentine’s Day! I love you. LOL It was very tiring. I’m in our school 7 days a week and it’s killing me yet, I’m loving it. I’m really not feeling well so I’ll just make this short. Yesterday, my classmates made the props for our musical stage play. I visited them and it was a good thing that they understood that I can’t help them, I just told them that I’ll do my best on the play itself. :]] Here’s the song we’ve been practicing for a very long time. How does she know you love her? How does she know she's yours? How does she know that you love her? How do you show her you love her? How does she know that you really really Truly love her? How does she know that you love her? How do you show her you love her? How does she know that you really really truly love her? It's not enough to take the one you love for granted You must remind her or she'll be inclined to say "How do I know he loves me? How do I know he's mine?" Well does he leave a little note to tell you, you are on his mind? Send you yellow flowers when the sky is grey? He'll find a new way to show you a little bit every day That's how you know.. That's how you know he's in love You got to show her you need her Don't treat her like a mind reader Each little something to lead her to believe you love her Everybody wants to live happily ever after Everybody wants to know their true love is true How do you know he loves you? How do you know he's yours? Well does he take you out dancing just so he can hold you close? Dedicate a song with words meant just for you? He'll find his own way to tell you with the little things he'll do That's how you know... That's how you know he's your love He's your love That's how you know he loves you That's how you know it's true Because he'll wear your favorite color just so he can match your eyes Plan a private picnic by the fire's glow His heart will be yours forever Something everyday will show That's how you know (x5)

Time to Lose
“Winning is great, sure, but if you are really going to do something in life, the secret is learning how to lose. Nobody goes undefeated all the time. If you can pick up after crashing a defeat, and go on to win again, you are going to be a champion someday.” – Wilma Rudolph Last February 4, we went to Batangas City where the Jazz Chant Competition was held. It had been a long trip from Maragondon to the said place. We were very busy looking for rooms where we can rest then after a very busy day; we found _________ Pension House (I forgot the name.). It was a nice room. It’s air-conditioned :]]. That night, we went to a church and headed to SM to have our dinner. When we got back, we practiced for the last time and prayed. That night, I can’t sleep. Maybe because I drunk too much coffee but I noticed that many of us are still awake :]]. I slept by 12:30 am. This is it! We need to give our best. After we had prepared ourselves, we went to the auditorium. It was cold inside. When Ma’am May knew that we did a different order of the pieces, we made “last-minute” changes. When I saw the other contestants, I was very nervous. We performed then and I thought we did okay. What I noticed with the other groups is that they have extravagant props and costumes. When the results were announced, we were sad. We did not win *sob*. We were so bitter that we actually throw words against Batangas. After having our lunch, Ma’am May told us that we should not be bitterand she’s right [What do we get from bitterness anyway?]. Well, I think everyone must fall and should learn how to get back up. We are the Champions by Queen We are the champions, my friends
And we'll keep on fighting - till the end
We are the champions
We are the champions
No time for losers
Cause we are the champions - of the world
